Before Service
Appointments are recommended to ensure immediate service and your preferred therapist.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete health questionnaire and change into provided loose-fitting clothes.
Inform our therapists about any medical conditions, injuries, or if you are pregnant before the massage begins.
We reserve the right to decline service if we determine it may not be safe for your health condition.
Discuss your preferred pressure level and any areas of concern with your therapist before starting.
During Service
Communicate with your therapist about pressure and comfort level - it should be firm but not painful.
Feel free to remain silent or engage in conversation - whatever helps you relax most.
Alert your therapist immediately if you experience any discomfort or pain beyond therapeutic pressure.
Breathe naturally and try to relax as the therapist guides you through various stretches and positions.
After Service
Drink plenty of water after your massage to help flush out toxins and maintain hydration.
Minor muscle soreness for 24-48 hours is normal, similar to after exercise. If you experience unusual pain, please contact us.
We recommend waiting at least 2 hours after eating a heavy meal before your next massage session.
Regular sessions (weekly or bi-weekly) are recommended for optimal results in treating chronic conditions.
If you experience any unusual reactions or concerns after your massage, please contact us immediately for guidance.
