Before Service

  • Appointments are recommended to ensure immediate service and your preferred therapist.
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete health questionnaire and change into provided loose-fitting clothes.
  • Inform our therapists about any medical conditions, injuries, or if you are pregnant before the massage begins.
  • We reserve the right to decline service if we determine it may not be safe for your health condition.
  • Discuss your preferred pressure level and any areas of concern with your therapist before starting.

During Service

  • Communicate with your therapist about pressure and comfort level - it should be firm but not painful.
  • Feel free to remain silent or engage in conversation - whatever helps you relax most.
  • Alert your therapist immediately if you experience any discomfort or pain beyond therapeutic pressure.
  • Breathe naturally and try to relax as the therapist guides you through various stretches and positions.

After Service

  • Drink plenty of water after your massage to help flush out toxins and maintain hydration.
  • Minor muscle soreness for 24-48 hours is normal, similar to after exercise. If you experience unusual pain, please contact us.
  • We recommend waiting at least 2 hours after eating a heavy meal before your next massage session.
  • Regular sessions (weekly or bi-weekly) are recommended for optimal results in treating chronic conditions.
  • If you experience any unusual reactions or concerns after your massage, please contact us immediately for guidance.
